New York and London. He was the Managing Director and Global Head of Alternative Capital Solutions group at Société Générale in London. The business delivered in excess of USD 200 million in revenues to the bank. Prior to Société Générale, Krishan spent time in the emerging markets business at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. He started his career as a banker at Morgan Stanley.
Since 2012, Krishan has been a financial services entrepreneur in Europe and Asia. Krishan serves as senior advisor to Franklin Park, an affiliate of Guggenheim Partners, and serves on the board of DLI, one of India’s largest logistics companies. He is also an advisor to Deep Blue Advisors, a Mumbai based quantitative trading firm with a membership of the National Stock Exchange in India. Krishan maintains close connections with his alma mater, the University of California, Berkeley and serves as a member of the steering committee for the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. He is also a member of the Greater London chapter of the YPO and an advisor to the Indo-European Business Forum. He is a Patron of the Loomba foundation and a Trustee of Project Anthropocene, a thought collective of leading academic thinkers focused on human impact to climate change.

For most of his career, Geoff has been building things – from trading desks inside companies like Duke Energy, BP and Morgan Stanley, to power stations and energy infrastructure assets, and early stage companies in a range of industries. Having moved to Singapore in 2007 Geoff went on to establish Telok Partners, a professional services group advising on corporate and transaction structuring, capital raising and strategy. He has worked closely with asset managers and investors to structure and establish private equity and hedge funds, including redomiciling funds between jurisdictions.

Ambassador Wagar served as President Obama’s Florida Finance Chairman from January 2007 through the President’s reelection 2012, as Florida Finance Chair of the Democratic National Committee in 2004 for Senator John Kerry and has been involved in Democratic politics for over thirty years. Wagar takes a special amount of pride in the fact that President Obama is the first Democratic candidate for President to win the coveted state of Florida twice since President Franklin Roosevelt.
Prior to his Ambassadorship, Wagar served on the Export-Import Bank Advisory Committee for the 2011 and 2012 terms and served on the Bank’s Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee in 2010. He founded Wagar Law, P.A. in 1998, a commercial litigation firm that focused on complex commercial and insurance matters. Long active in trial lawyer organizations, Wagar has served on the board of governors for the American Association for Justice and on the boards of directors for the Florida Justice Association as well as the Miami-Dade Justice Association.
