KRISHAN RATTAN, Partner

Krishan’s career has spanned a variety of capital market roles across 

New York and London. He was the Managing Director and Global Head of Alternative Capital Solutions group at Société Générale in London. The business delivered in excess of USD 200 million in revenues to the bank. Prior to Société Générale, Krishan spent time in the emerging markets business at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. He started his career as a banker at Morgan Stanley. 

Since 2012, Krishan has been a financial services entrepreneur in Europe and Asia.  Krishan serves as senior advisor to Franklin Park, an affiliate of Guggenheim Partners, and serves on the board of DLI, one of India’s largest logistics companies. He is also an advisor to Deep Blue Advisors, a Mumbai based quantitative trading firm with a membership of the National Stock Exchange in India. Krishan maintains close connections with his alma mater, the University of California, Berkeley and serves as a member of the steering committee for the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. He is also a member of the Greater London chapter of the YPO and an advisor to the Indo-European Business Forum. He is a Patron of the Loomba foundation and a Trustee of Project Anthropocene, a thought collective of leading academic thinkers focused on human impact to climate change.
Krishan is a keen sportsman with a lifelong passion for tennis and golf and an incurable malady as a cricket tragic. He is a keen supporter of emerging Indian artists and has a continued passion for Sufi music. 

For most of his career, Geoff has been building things – from trading desks inside companies like Duke Energy, BP and Morgan Stanley, to power stations and energy infrastructure assets, and early stage companies in a range of industries. Having moved to Singapore in 2007 Geoff went on to establish Telok Partners, a professional services group advising on corporate and transaction structuring, capital raising and strategy. He has worked closely with asset managers and investors to structure and establish private equity and hedge funds, including redomiciling funds between jurisdictions. 

As Co-founder of Mount Row, Geoff has built and continues to lead the Infrastructure practice.  Geoff is a director of Mount Row VCC in Singapore.

Geoff holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Monash University, Melbourne, and a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney.

Ambassador Wagar has served as the U.S. Ambassador to Singapore from 2013 to 2017. As Ambassador in one of the world’s most important business hubs, he worked with many of the over 4,000 American companies based in Singapore, helping them navigate the issues businesses face in the many different jurisdictions of Asia.

Ambassador Wagar served as President Obama’s Florida Finance Chairman from January 2007 through the President’s reelection 2012, as Florida Finance Chair of the Democratic National Committee in 2004 for Senator John Kerry and has been involved in Democratic politics for over thirty years. Wagar takes a special amount of pride in the fact that President Obama is the first Democratic candidate for President to win the coveted state of Florida twice since President Franklin Roosevelt.

Prior to his Ambassadorship, Wagar served on the Export-Import Bank Advisory Committee for the 2011 and 2012 terms and served on the Bank’s Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee in 2010. He founded Wagar Law, P.A. in 1998, a commercial litigation firm that focused on complex commercial and insurance matters. Long active in trial lawyer organizations, Wagar has served on the board of governors for the American Association for Justice and on the boards of directors for the Florida Justice Association as well as the Miami-Dade Justice Association.

Ambassador Wagar is currently a Distinguished Fellow of the Atlantic Council’s Asia Security Initiative, a member of the Board of Directors of Gems World Academy Singapore, and XCL Education and a member of the Investment Committee of MUSEL, a private Real Estate Investment Trust based in Singapore that operates throughout North America and Europe. He is currently Senior Advisor to one of the largest Canadian Pension Funds as well as a Senior Advisor to global businesses in the technology and environmental space.Wagar previously served as Chairman of the Board for A-Star Education Holding, a member of the Board of Directors of the East West Center and a member of L Catterton Asia Fund’s Strategic Advisory Board. He earned a J.D. at the University of Miami in 1993 and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Roberts Wesleyan College in 1990.

Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti is a five-decade career Chartered and Cost Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor, Financial Planner & Fraud Examiner. He is Chairman of M/s. Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates and serves on the board of Adani Total Gas Ltd, Bajaj Electricals Ltd, Bennett Coleman and Company Ltd. (Times Group), Future Generali India Life Insurance Co Ltd, Brookprop Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (A Brookfield REIT), Gaja Trustee Company Pvt. Ltd. (Gaja Capital Group)and several others. He serves as non-executive Chairman of Blue Star Ltd, IBS Fintech India Pvt Ltd, Planet People & Profit Consulting Pvt Ltd. He also serves as the Chairman – Western Region of

Institute of Directors and Vice Chairman of GOvEVa Consulting. He has been conferred with the Global Competent Boards Designation (GCB.D) by Competent Boards Inc. Canada. He has also been awarded “Vivekananda Sustainability Award 2022” by Vivekananda Youth Connect Foundation. 

Mr. Haribhakti actively promotes shared value creation and a green environment through his own enterprise, and his leadership roles as Chairman of the CSR / ESG / Sustainability committees of some of the Boards that he serves on. 

Devottam serves as MountRow's General Counsel and Head of Compliance. He has had a multifaceted career, covering both law firm and in-house roles. Prior to joining MountRow, Devottam was a Partner at the Singapore office of Hill Dickinson, where he was instrumental in expanding the firm's presence in the fund formation, fintech and debt restructuring.  He was also previously Co-Head-Global Markets and Banking at Louis Dreyfus Company.

Devottam is a graduate of the National Law School of India University at Bangalore, and a European Masters in Law and Economics from the Universities of Hamburg and Manchester. He has previously held positions at Cargill, Amarchand Mangaldas and Trilegal.

Peter assumes the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mount Row Group, where he utilizes his extensive industry knowledge and impressive track record to drive operational efficiency and contribute to the organization's success. Having amassed over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in the commodities trading space, Peter has deep expertise and is well connected in the industry. He began his career at Deutsche Bank, gaining valuable insights during his 2-year tenure before embarking on a successful 17-year journey at Morgan Stanley. Throughout his time at Morgan Stanley, Peter demonstrated his expertise across diverse divisions, including Technology, Private Wealth Management, Fixed Income, and Commodities. Notably, in his final 6 years at Morgan Stanley, Peter served as the COO for the Asia Commodities Group, where he played a key role in driving operational excellence and fostering substantial growth across the region.

Peter's contributions extend beyond Morgan Stanley, as he made significant impacts during his 2-year tenure at Noble and played an instrumental role in establishing a thriving commodities trading firm across multiple countries during his 5-year tenure at Freepoint Commodities Asia. Additionally, Peter dedicated 1 year to Amber Group, where he successfully facilitated the seamless setup of operations for a prominent crypto trading company.

For two decades, Tamer has been an influential figure in the world of sports  investments and media. He has worked with key influential figures in the MENA region with a focus on the football. He amassed an unrivalled network of connections both in the Middle East and globally during this time and he holds the record for the highest transfer for a British goalkeeper in the Premier League. Alongside football, his passion of being involved in a variety of industries and projects, saw him work on closing international trade deals in the energy sector in the Middle East. He is passionate about renewable energy, gaming, blockchain and the potential

of web 3 and artificial intelligence.

 He has also been an advisor to Binance, the largest crypto trading platform in the

world and a partner in a venture builder in Saudi Arabia.

Suyash S. Agrawal is the Co-founder and MD of DialESG, a comprehensive 360 degree ESG ecosystem enabler.

With an international background in finance, he is a steadfast entrepreneur, investor, and board member. He has a keen interest in businesses across agriculture, education, healthcare

and climate-tech. He has worked in Mumbai, London and Bangalore across investment banking, proprietary trading, financial services and sustainable food systems. He is a Chartered Accountant, an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School, London, and completed a Diploma in International Markets and Finance from the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF). He was recently awarded the Global Competent Board

Designation (GCB.D) in ESG from Competent Boards, Canada, and Certified in ESG by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). He has been on the founding team of businesses within sustainable food systems. He founded sabzIndia, an indoor vertical farming company, marketing custom designed home units to

democratize agriculture. He also founded vahanfresh, a D2C tech platform to buy and sell fresh produce through EVs.

He was also on the team that drafted a model law on Criminalizing Marital Rapes in 2013.
